Waterloo Manufacturing Software technical consultants offer remote operation support.  Remote operation support is part of the annual TACTIC maintenance program.

Remote operation scope

This service allows a Waterloo Manufacturing Software technical consultant to operate your TACTIC system remotely. New TACTIC users may require this service as they become familiar with applying TACTIC to their problems. More experienced TACTIC users may require help as they apply TACTIC in unique ways. To use the service, a modem and remote control software is required.
